“Thank you for being such a great Pilates instructor and for creating such an awesome studio. I've truly looked forward to and enjoyed every day that I've come in over the past two years. You've got an exceptional group of instructors and students who have been a blast to work with. Thanks Again!”

Privates – One on One
Private sessions are perfect for beginners, students with injuries or special conditions, or those who prefer the privacy and intense focus of a one on one session. In a private session a customized program of exercises will be prepared to accommodate the fitness level of the particular student and to address his or her specific needs in regards to strength conditioning and flexibility. There is no prerequisite for private sessions.

Duets – One on Two
Duet sessions are intended for those students who want to begin their Pilates training with a friend or family member. Duet sessions are best suited to students with similar fitness levels and with complimentary fitness goals. In a duet session a customized program of exercises will be created taking into consideration both students’ level of fitness and their specific needs in regards to strength conditioning and flexibility. There is no prerequisite for duet sessions.

Semi-Privates – One on up to Three

Students who wish to enter semi-private sessions must complete a prerequisite sixteen private sessions.
